Our Site includes a floating WhatsApp button. If you click or tap it, your device opens the WhatsApp application and initiates a chat with our WhatsApp Business number. Avensora does not receive or store any data from the button click itself. Any conversation that follows is subject to WhatsApp's Privacy Policy (Meta Platforms, Inc.). We retain the content of WhatsApp enquiries for the same purposes as email enquiries.
If you contact us, we retain the correspondence. If we send you any newsletters, updates or follow-up communications outside of an active project, we will do so only with your explicit consent. If we use an email service provider (such as Mailchimp) to send such communications, your email address will be stored with that provider solely for that purpose. You may unsubscribe from any such communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in each email, or by contacting us directly.
